-Created by Baron Tigranes on January 23, 1999 (AS 33)
-Principal of the Order is Elizabeth nic Ghille Brighde
-In period, a pair of barnacles is a pincer to be clamped on an unruly horse’s nose, sometimes used as an instrument of torture.
-This Order was retired and closed as of May 12, 2018 (AS 53) and replaced by the Order of the Sparks
